Food is basic to survival, meets security needs (through storage and hoarding), can be used as gifts or rewards, involves pride and love in its preparation, and can help someone express self-actualization through its innovative use and new recipes. Food ideology is the comprehensive perspective of attitudes, beliefs, customs, and taboos affecting the diet. It is influenced by advertising and involves symbols associated with food such as prestige, power, status, lifestyles, and emotional fulfillment.
Exercise / Physical Activity
I have explored a lot of fitness modalities over the years, as a participant and trainer. Over and over again. I have learned that when it comes to fitness, if you don't love it, you won't live it. I can help you building a lifestyle around healthy movements and that is the only way to guarantee you will stick with it.

Health can be defined as a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well being, which consists in maintaining the body as much as possible by following daily advice and preventive measures to reduce the possibility of diseases.
Health has an important role in feeling happy, as there are many people who suffer from diseases, but the health enables them to fight diseases, as a result, they achieve physical fitness and feel comfortable or enjoy life like any normal person.

Having a positive attitude and feeling to have joy in life creates a healthy living environment. A positive attitude helps you lead a goal-oriented life. It’ll naturally attract more positive energy from the world around you.
Meditation
Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings.
